  • Mike Gamble, Co-Founder

    Mike serves as Chairman & CEO of SearchWide Global. He is also the co-founder of FutureWRX Solutions. Previously, he was SVP of Sales & Marketing for the Philadelphia CVB and held various leadership roles with Marriott International. He served on the foundation boards of Destinations International, PCMA, MPI, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and is currently on HSMAI America’s Board and Foundation as well as the U.S. Travel Association Board of Directors.

    Mike is excited to launch TAPPDiN and help hotels find amazing new talent for hard to fill roles.

  • Bill Scanlon, Co-Founder

    Bill was Chairman and Past-President of Strategic Solution Partners for nearly 20 years. His vast experience includes: SVP of Sales & Marketing at Wyndham Worldwide; VP of Sales & Marketing, Central and South Americas, NE, and VP GSO for Marriott; as well as SVP of Sales & Marketing for HEI Hotels and Resorts. He is uniquely qualified to assist clients in growing teams, revenue and leveraging revenue generating resources.

    Bill is excited to launch TAPPDiN, a unique platform that will introduce our industry leaders to the newest generation of talent for their staffing solutions, while introducing that new talent to our amazing industry.   

  • Danielle Cohn, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

    Danielle brings 25 years of executive experience in innovation, growth, and partnerships across travel and tech. As VP, she founded and led Comcast NBCUniversal’s global startup accelerator, LIFT Labs. Previously, she served as CMO-equivalent for Philadelphia CVB, leading global tourism and convention marketing and co-chairing the U.S. Travel Communications Council. Danielle is an entrepreneur-in-residence at Yale University, and a TQ-certified coach who guides new and re-emerging talent through career transitions.

  • Cambria Jones, Chief Marketing & Experience Officer

    Cambria is a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME) and Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP). With over ten years of experience, she leads the planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs at SearchWide Global as well as the delivery of exceptional client and candidate experiences.

  • Griffin Gamble, Client Success & Operations

    A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management, Griffin is supporting the company’s growth and operations with customer success and product support. He’s also a sports writer for the Golden State Warriors.
